Advanced user of ConverseMaxineI like the ease of use with this service in particular. For someone who does not have much tech experience, it is quite easy to stay in touch with coworkers in multiple locations, like we work under.
The system is easy to use, but sometimes is lacking some pieces, for example it would be great to be able to integrate into texts, as people are not always at their desktop
Implement text capabilities- this would help to easily access any employees at any time
The benefits are definitely apparent, it allows us to easily keep in touch with our teams as we work in multiple locations across four counties. We can easily get in touch with anyone at any time
