Business Continuity management app gets the job done. It provided the tools

What do you dislike?

It could be much more intuitive. The controls and design have a steep learning curve, even for users who are used to solving these types of problems.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Business Continuity Management App was good for allowing our team to collaborate with other departments and groups but was too expensive and hard to learn to continue using.
