Advanced user of Rational ClearQuestI do not like anything about Rational ClearQuest. It looks and behaves as if it were designed in the early 90s and no one has touched it since.
Everything. The design, usability, interface. The design is not very intuitive or user friendly. It is as if so much effort has been put into adding every option and bit of information that could possibly be put into any type of ticket or change management entry, that it is incredibly clunky to use. It literally would be better to track things in a notebook or sticky pads and hand deliver them around the office.
We track change management, work requests, help tickets, and plans of action and milestones. There is no benefit. It creates more work than what it is worth. A simple cloud form would be easier and more efficient at tracking and assigning tasks.
