Great Board Product to Save Time and Mistakes
What do you like best?
Board Effect is a great solution to keep track of board documents. We have used it for a few years now, but we were especially grateful for the product during the pandemic this year. All board members could access the board information easily and quickly. If we had to have an emergency meeting, we were able to gather and create a board book without difficulty. We also use the product for our Foundation and Friends Boards and for our executive and director meetings. I highly recommend BoardEffect for anyone with boards.
What do you dislike?
The biggest drawback is if you make an edit to a document you must re-upload the document. You can't open the uploaded document and edit it in the board book.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This product has saved our organization many hours of time. We used to compile our documents by a PDF compiler. With this product, we can upload all types of files and when you see one typo or need one change, you can make the adjustment with only a few clicks. Bringing in last minute documents was always a hassle, now its no problem. Also, the Table of Contents with automatic pagination is amazing! This used to be such a struggle for last minute changes doing it our old way.
