What do you like best?

Easily able to add customers, keep track of inventory, easily add items and service items.

What do you dislike?

For years I had stopped using InvoiceASAP because they had moved away from being a free service. As a small business that didn't have a lot of income, this was something that turned me away.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Easy to use for a startup company. I have enjoyed using it for years. Easy to set and do inventory, set prices and sales tax.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I run a small computer repair and networking business and needed something to be able to get invoices out to customers. I used excel and had created my own but InvoiceASAP was so much easier.
