They do not cancel or deactivate accounts even on request

What do you like best?

Not very useful in terms of making invoices, especially the free version. And then they trap you in and do not let you deactivate the account, even via an email request

What do you dislike?

I tried getting them to cancel my account and they said they cannot cancel it and it must be left inactive. Its been inactive for a year now. It is wrong for them to keep the account active when the clients are requesting to close it down,

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used it for a couple of weeks and then switched to Wave Accounting as it was way more useful and free
