What do you like best?

What I like best about this software is it's customization, ease of use, integration with the web portal, and customized reporting and event notifications. It's a fully integrated business software solution and highly recommended for anyone on the aviation MRO, or parts distribution industry.

What do you dislike?

The system runs slower than I would like when searching part numbers. Especially in some of the more custom modules, like Remote Manged Inventory.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Component Control helped us develop a unique vendor management inventory system using the RMI module. This system helped us win new business and expand into new markets. The problems are the slowness, but we have learned to manage around it.
