What do you like best?

Detailed Grpahical information that can be drilled down from DB users to the processes they are running

What do you dislike?

So Far, I didnt see any to dislike about. If we can have alerting for CPU/Memory/Storage that would be beneficial

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Server Performance , Blockers etc. Most of the DB issues
