What do you like best?

As mentioned in the title, this platform is pretty easy to get started upon in terms of architecture and implementation with a minimal learning curve and it delivers what it promises - it is able to collect data from disparate sources and provide a good basis for analytics.

What do you dislike?

The user interface could perhaps be improved and made much more straight forward to allow customization by the users so that it could provide an overall superior experience to the users.

Understand your environment, plan the size of implementation and do a thorough proof of concept

we wanted to get a near real time overview of the network infrastructure performance to understand where the potential bottle necks are and be more pro-active when it comes to network infratructure performance.
