What do you like best?

What I like most about Opbeat is its comprehensiveness such that it offers one error logging, performance metrics, release tracking as well work flow all in one product. Opbeat also has great customer support, annotated stacktraces, hipchat integration, as well as Github integration.

What do you dislike?

On a personal note, I don't really like the visualization of Opbeat as well as its code visibility. Also, I really feel that its trouble shooting needs some improvements to enhance the application's overall efficiency. They can do this by taking a leaf from AppDynamics who I do find excellent with regards to the above.

Choose Opbeat for small groups.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Opbeat made my work easier since it is not expensive to run since it is usually free for small groups. Additionally, Opbeat has no usage or rate limits.
