Great Automation Tool

What do you like best?

smart coding saves tons of time. Also, connected with out Sage system, eliminating hours of manual work on a weekly basis. Currently only using the invoicing module, but we hope to be live with the PO module soon. I love the visibility it gives my departments heads. We pull data from the Sage APA and manipulate into reports to give insight on spend. The ability to permission certain users so they only have access to certain parts of the system is crucial. The customer support has also been fairly simple and pretty informative. The chat feature is heavily used and can provide a quick solution with minimum interruption.

What do you dislike?

We would like Sage APA to sync to our ERP as soon as the invoice is approved, rather than once a day. Approval structures could use some work. It would be nice to be able to layer approvals tiers however we wanted. This could be a lot more user friendly. I am envisioning an interactive map or tree where individuals can be move around base on vendor in order to get the proper approval structure in place. Another improvement could be made to the formats of the invoices submitted. We have trouble receiving anything other than a PDF invoice. It would be nice if customers could send invoices in excel and other formats. Smart code tool should allow for more customization, there should be a screen where you can teach the system how you want it to code based on vendor, line item, etc.
