What do you like best?

Pros: Uses very little resources, no periodic scanning, absolutely no computer slowness, cloud based

It works by learning what programs you normally run, and what bad programs look like when they run. It stops the bad programs from running. Does no rely on virus definitions

What do you dislike?

It could be cheaper - but as well as it runs, this is a small trade off. There is very little that you can dislike about this product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is an anti-virus that you can load on any end-users computer (or server), and they won't even notice that it's there. Since this is cloud based, you can even monitor the usage (bad programs stopped) from the cloud when your users are working from home.
