Unable to update/fix issues ourselves - i.e. having to submit a defect report, then have their technical support team resolve the issue.
I found the technical team understood their product well, and were good collaborating with our own internal tech team. The contract manager was also excellent - very accommodating, and was quick to resolve any issues we had, and was always looking to improve the service they delivered for us.
