What do you like best?
I do love the security and safety aspect of Sabre. Its not easy to long in which in reality is a good thing when you are dealing with customers private information and exchanging or reviewing information for a customer.
What do you dislike?
what i dislike is that it can have an hold feel. They should wok on having a more updated look or more user friendly. In order to have a good base or foundation with Sabre it does take some time to get familiar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use as often as possible. the more you get familiar with the software the easier it will be when solving issues or escalations. You are also able to issue travel credits which is a great help because customers can view on their end instantly
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
solving customers travel plans so any adjustments or exchanges. Also help with flyer program and making sure customers are receiving their loyalty reward.
