What do you like best?

What I and my colleagues like best is the calculation speed and the capacity to interact with systems. Since we have been using CyberPlan as well as having greatly improved the level of service and doing more in less time, we have definitively abandoned Excel.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to report because the configuration requests were also carried out effectively

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

First of all the planning responsiveness and the optimization of the plan in term of service level, inventory reduction, set up reduction. Secondly, the possibility of having all the necessary information available, being able to query them very quickly. We have reduced the planning time by 80-90%, increasing its quality
