What do you like best?

What I like best about this tool is how much you can customize the tool to fit your team's needs. Over time, we added new process to the tool to have all our process centralized in our area: Financial Force.

What do you dislike?

For example: I am adding details about a project on financial force but my work wouldn't be able to be saved because someone in our team is editing during the same "session as me". This means, I will have to refresh the page I do it again if I already typed something on the project. I will have to make sure I copy my previous work before I click Refresh and start again.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Know what you need for your business and research if Financial Force has the necessary tools to solve your business problems. I'm sure that can solve it!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Getting our process centralized to one tool: Financial Force. We had a few process via email which was not convenient at all, and now we've moved that over to our existing financial force tool
