Tax calculates correct but pray you don't need tech support

What do you like best?

The tax calculates correctly for our nexus on our online stores.

What do you dislike?

If you ever have trouble setting up a new store it is impossible to get help. We have tried calling and submitting tickets online and there is no response from either avenue. Receptionist wont put you in touch with anyone when calling, will only pass along your message. I have never been so frustrated with a companies customer support.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Would consider Avalara before Tax Cloud if possible.
