What do you like best?

I like that the dashboard is ordered by return date so you know which returns need to be filed by when. I also like the filing history so that I can figure out if I've missed any filing periods.

What do you dislike?

I would like it if it were easy to see historical periods for which you didn't file a return. That way it would be even less likely for a user to miss tax obligations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need to collect and pay sales tax for your online business then taxjar is a very effective way to save time and make sure you don't miss any of you filing obligations. I recommend using auto-file if your business does enough business to warrant the $20/file fee. I don't currently use it but that is because it is pretty easy for me to manually file in the states where I need to file returns.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Organization of sales tax. I save a lot of time by having everything in one place, including links to all the state filing sites. This means more time to grow my business and less on administration which is always a win when you are limited for time.
