What do you like best?
I use the Posi-touch system in a restaraunt. Therefore, I really appreciate that it makes it possible for me to quickly put in or pull up an order, print out a check, and get people what they need quickly. Especially when people are lining up to use it, it makes it very convenient to click and go. I also found that is is easy to use and user friendly. Learning how to use it and where everything was took only a couple shifts and then I was using it flawlessly. This is very important in a fast paced setting where people can't take a long time on the system. We also used a rewards system which we scanned a customers card or put in their number and the system would automatically tell us how many points they had. It was easy to use compared to other rewards systems I have used. You could easily see the floor plan of the restaurant and see which tables were sat, needed to be cleaned, and were open. The system was also used for takeout orders, delivery orders through third parties, and sending orders to the kitchen. Clocking in and out took only a few seconds.
What do you dislike?
The only dislike I have is that the screen looks a little out dated. I would think it could be improved by putting a modern touch on it.

I would recommend this product to others who are working in the restaurant industry if they want something that is easy to use and will increase productivity and sales.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have solved issues relating to time management, training, and ease of use. Some people who struggle with technology have shown that the Positouch system is easy to use. When training individuals in our work place, it is simple to explain how to carry out tasks on the posi system. In regards to time management, the system is easy to use which allows people to perform their tasks quickly.
