POS System

What do you like best?

I like the POS system because it is touch screen and fairly easy to navigate. Everything is sectioned off into categories and pages and you are able to scroll through and find what you need to find. It seems to be updated every now and then but not that often.

What do you dislike?

At first, I initially had issues learning the POS system. I was overwhelmed by everything and taken back by how different this POS system looked compared to my previous serving jobs. Also, the POS system crashed quite often. Not sure if it was just my location, but a lot of the time during rush hours, the POS system would crash on all of the computers and we would have to wait for it to reboot before we could use it again.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using the POS system is quicker and more efficient than let's say writing a customer's order on a piece of paper and handing it to the cooks. Also you are able to put orders on hold for 5 minutes which is great when you're trying to time a meal perfectly starting with appetizers and ending with dessert. As well as putting in to-go orders when they are ready to leave.
