4Tests.com was started by two recent college graduates, who while preparing for their Microsoft Certifications realized that there was minimal to no resources available on the internet. This inspired them to begin researching what areas of opportunity were still available on the web, and 4Tests.com was born.

Its lack of a mobile or stand alone version and only a web version. But that's a minor grouse compared to the wonderful array of questions it provides
I would strongly recommend 4 tests for practice tests for a variety of exams. It is a very well maintained website with its team constantly updating the content to keep it current with the syllabi. It helps simulate an offline environment in providing tips and corrections, as well as ways to remember the information, and also correct mistakes in a way, that they are not repeated. I strongly recommend this tool
I used it to train myself and some family members on TOEFL and am only impressed and have only positive feedback for the site
