3D Architect Home Designer Expert Review
What do you like best?
This software allows me to design a home, addition, or complex renovation. It is very flexible and can be used for many various types of projects. It also helps me produce house floor plans at an accurate scale and other drawings that are suitable for drawing submissions. It creates a 3D model that makes it easy for one to envision the space.
What do you dislike?
I sometimes feel that the program is so quick to use with its simple "drag and drop" quality that it sometimes allows the user to be careless when completing the drawings. It almost does not make the program feel appropriate to be used for official project drawings. I also wish that the program allowed for more custom building abilities since I feel as though the options are very standard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that other use 3D Architect Home Designer Expert to create unofficial drawings that will be shown to a client. I do not recommend that other use this software to create official drawings that will be submitted for approval for construction. Also, make sure that your computer can tolerate this program.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I create project drawings and used the 3D model to envision the space and get a sense of its scale. The 3D model is an easy way to show clients what their architectural space will look like. It is easy to learn and can help you create quick drawings to show a client for their approval.
