What do you like best?
They have made our 'room service' for our apartment buildings so easy to start up and manage. They have been helpful with us and with our tenants. We have seen our renewals go up now that we have an additional amenity to offer our tenants. It has been a fabulous, easy, and fun addition to have at our buildings. We implemented this at two buildings and already have more renewals to date than we did a year ago. We also have loved all the staff that we have worked with at 2nd Kitchen. Chris, Kat, and Levi have been insanely supportive and helpful. Even if we request something that is new to them, they have made it happen and got it done!! Very supportive staff!!
What do you dislike?
Honestly, I don't have anything that I dislike yet :) The set up process was easy. The roll-out process was easy (and fun). We attended the first events at the two buildings offering 2nd kitchen and it was great seeing the excitement from the tenants. Kat has been great keeping us updated with new ideas and events.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hop on this now!! I would highly recommend this for any place looking for an extra amenity or something extra to offer your employees, your business, your apartments, etc. The ease of the set up is amazing!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
They are helping us add an amenity to two of our buildings. We can offer 'room-service' to our apartments now, and with the Covid world happening, it is a great addition to have something special for our tenants. They also offer great food truck events for our buildings too, which also helps retain our tenants. We feel it is more individualized than Grubhub, doordash, or other options which helps make our tenants feel more special (and who doesn't like to feel special)
