What do you like best?

There are several likes about Woven

1. Multiplatform availability, mobile app, iPad app, web app and even a desktop app

2. Analytics - I am huge fan of their analytics, they show amount of time spent on meetings for a week as well as with a person. I just love the analytics

3. Templates - Huge advantage, create a template for meetings that is setup often, just create a meeting with a template, all the rest of the details fill up

4. Support - Woven has a great support team, they respond very quick.

What do you dislike?

I realize Woven is striving to become better but the following items seem to have an impact on the usage

1. Laggy desktop app - The desktop app takes up a lot of memory and is very laggy

2. Onboarding not intuitive - Usage of functionalities are not very intuitive, there are features that can be achieved in smaller steps

3. Tagging existing meeting created from other apps - I can only tag one of the many recurring meetings, if there were are option to just tag the parent then I could see my time utilization much better

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want to use a calendar tool to manage your events from multiple emails and do want to go through a step of adding same guests and location again and again, you should consider using Woven

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1. One stop destination to manage my calendar - I have 3 different calendars (from different email addresses) and few sub-calendars in each, I wanted a one view to see all of them. Woven provided that
