Clean & simple customer system of record, with the best health scoring I've seen.

What do you like best?

Health scores are captured over time, which was one of the shortcomings I found with Gainsight & Salesforce in the past. Trends over time are really critical. The Account views have been a mainstay of how we manage our business, and projects have helped cross-team co-ordination while helping us capture data we can use to improve our time to value efforts.

Two months in using the tool and I'm very impressed. Keep it up Vitally team!

What do you dislike?

User level data is only presented as an all-time metric. It can be exported and manipulated, but of course the more I can do in the tool the better. It also means I have to export to search for specific users vs being able to find it easily in the platform.

That said, nothing that can't be worked around with the export so thanks for making that available.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking account health over time based on a mix of variables by segment. It helps us bring more predictability to forecasting and proactively manage customer health when things are not where we need them to be.
