What do you like best?

1. Solution was very easy to stand up it took a little less that 4 weeks

2. This eCommerce only needs to use Customer Community licenses $2/login or $5/named users

3. The systems is managed by business users and Salesforce admins

4. This is a 100% Native solution to Salesforce so we are fully integrated

5. We also complemented this solution with Encore (miniCPQ, Billing, and Renewals)

What do you dislike?

At this point there is nothing that we do not like.

If you can have them create a custom/tailored demo to see how everything will work and how easy it is to manage and maintain.

We found Kinetic Growth on AppExchange after reviewing other vendors and found this solution out-of-the-box can do most everything our clients require. Best part the cost is super attractive.
