What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to add keywords that aren't relevant to my products. Such as maintenance, service, repairs, etc.

We have only been using your services for a couple of months, so I have yet to see any benefits, but I'm optimistic and there is a lot of information inside of your portal, that I hope to find very useful.
