What do you like best?

I think its pretty easy to use. I never used an email program like this so I had to learn from scratch. I found it pretty self explanatory to complete the general email requirements. Customizing is fairly easy as well and their service team is quick to answer.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the way the layout is set up. I wish some things were easy to find and there is a huge lag when switching through certain pages.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its a pretty straightforward product when it comes to the basics.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm not sure what sort of problems I could solve with Adestra. It helps me get the job done and I haven't had any issues with the platform in general. It makes sending emails easier. I do wish they had more tutorials for certain email customization. I find myself having to go back and forth a lot with their customer service.
