Fantastic time-keeper: easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best?
Separating all billable from non-billable and no-charge, allowing different matters (even within the same client) billed at different rates, and allowing changes to individual entries at the draft-invoice stage.
What do you dislike?
*sometimes* I forget where to find things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
INTUITIVE. This is probably the greatest time-saver for me and my clients. Time and expense entries can be copied to different dates and modified there (accordingly). Clients and matters within clients are easy to create, and dates are adjustable. Clients can access and make online payments through simple but secure links. *includes add-in for Office 365, to ensure email billing capture*
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
TimeSolv allows me to ensure I'm tracking all of my expenses and time, will allow me to upload receipts as documentation, ensures I can apply payment receipts across all matters within a client (in addition to individually!), and it allows me to directly email each client with their invoice and receive payments electronically. It's a tremendous time-saver for both me and all of my clients.
