ThinkHR Learn - One of my favorite resources!

What do you like best?

ThinkHR Learn is an incredibly useful platform to offer to our clients and for our own company (as an employer). As a broker, we are constantly evaluating how we can help our clients and take things off their plate. The website is easy to use; you/the employer can call ThinkHR and get their advice to build a curriculum for employees; and it's simple to tell if your team has completed their assigned courses. The content is broad. When we run value added reports for our clients (these reports are fantastic and eye opening!), they get to see the value of the resource and how we brought this to them for free (we don't charge our clients for the product). Win-win-win!

What do you dislike?

Not much at all--I have no complaints. I reached out to ThinkHR to see if they will be adding courses on building a culture of inclusivity and tolerance, and they have added some resources and are building more. I'm happy to see this so that employers can make an impact in their work culture, which will then spread into the world. I'd like to see more courses on Benefits and wellness related topics since that is my expertise/field I'm in.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are a lot of options out there for HR helplines and training courses, but when we vetted vendors, we felt like ThinkHR Learn was one of the best! Like anything, look at a few options to see what meets your needs. We reevaluate our partners ever few years, and ThinkHR has made continuous improvements, and kept us and our clients happy. We don't plan on making a change any time soon! Ask for a demo site to play around, request the list of courses, and ask to watch one of the courses so you can see what they are like. These courses improve quality, safety, knowledge, compliance and so much more. Employers don't have the time to do this themselves, so they often don't do it at all. ThinkHR Learn makes it so easy for them to take the steps and teach their employees. I wish more people would use it because it would help educate and improve workplace culture and behaviors, which is much needed! You can empower your employees and managers with education, and protect your company!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Employers and HR professionals don't have time to build training courses, track who completes them, or even know where to start. ThinkHR Learn solves all of those issues. It's so simple to use and they will hold your hand to teach you how to use it. I LOVE that you can all someone and you don't have to just submit a ticket (although you can do that too). They are very consultative. It's saves Employers and HR professionals time, energy and money; they can use the tool to educate themselves and their staff; and they can use it to help hold people accountable because they have offered training and not just a written policy. It's one of our favorite resources!
