StackAdapt is an excellent, reliable and consistent performing vendor to work with!

What do you like best?

The Account Management Team - who are very insightful, strategic, and performance-centric. The team brings in a lot of thought to the table when we strategize at the beginning of every quarter and are always willing to help out with quick responses. The platform we use is also very easy to use, and has a great library in case there is any difficulty in navigating

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I don't like about the StackAdapt Team. I wish we could be using their interface more for all our LF activities too. The only downside I can think of, is that we are not able de-duplicate our campaigns when running with other DSPs, which might be something that I am not aware of. Also, currently I am not aware of the data partners StackAdapt works with. If we can explore that more, we will know exactly which ones to NOT use with other DSPs, which is a way of avoiding cost

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Always ask for more. They are more than willing to help with data, presentations and knowledge to the agencies/clients, thus helping build a strong story!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are improving reach and awareness for the campaigns via Native, and exploring Video as a tactic. The ultimate objective is to make StackAdapt a Full Funnel Partner, for which we are in the process of sending an RFP for ConnectedTV buys too!

It would be great, if we could leverage StackAdapt for our LF campaigns too, where we are held against a strict CPA, which is where we could use the audiences from UF in LF to help boost conversions and performance.
