The best thing I like about it is the rank tracking mode where you can monitor and report in the basis of search results it also provides an additional tool to the social media platforms and also it is also beneficial for data scientist where they can get the feature of dashbboard in this particular app/platform where it will automatically provide you the important insights of a data.
