★★★★★
Excellent Performance, Excellent Value

What do you like best?

Splashtop SOS is easy for support people and supported users alike. Simply to install, intuitive UI. Superfast screen rendering in my experience, compared to AnyDesk and TeamViewer.

What do you dislike?

Have not encountered anything worthy of noting here.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Compare with the competition - test them all out. You will find that Splashtop comes out on top. Speed, ease, features, value.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great tool for remote support, both for computers and iOS devices. So much easier to provide help when you can see what the user see (computers and iOS) and can remotely control (computer).
