What do you like best?

The SO Connect Listings tool means that businesses can be in complete control of their online presence. On one page, you can update opening hours, photos, locations - and then it changes them across all the pages where your business is listed! It's really simple and having it all centralised in one place is such a time saver.

What do you dislike?

There's not a lot I dislike! Maybe some more analytics would be helpful to track progress, but that's it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you spend ages changing your online listings, or you have variable opening hours, then this is a great tool to help you save time and make sure your online presence is accurate and up to date.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before, if the hours of a business changed, you'd have to go through all of the different places where it is listed - think Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Tripadvisor... - and change it. But with the Listings tool, you just need to do it once and it automatically changes it across all platforms.
