HORRIBLE- confusing and filled with issues

What do you like best?

You can hack the MP3 audio on the mobile app to make the tone that you would like it to notify you with since THEY DON'T give you an option to change it through the app.

What do you dislike?

This app has given us a lot of false positives and has woken me up throughout the night for stupid reasons. The support team is EXTREAMLY SLOW to respond. We have had to open tons of tickets & simultaneously call them before we get a response from them. We have silenced an alert that kept on giving us alerts for several hours later.

WE NEVER HAD THIS MANY ISSUES WITH MONITIS when we were using that software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

no benefits. We had to replace monitis and chose Site24x7 and are now looking for a replacement after many attempt with support to try and resolve it's issues. The support team is slow to respond.
