Great customer service, great product
What do you like best?
The Customer Service was amazing and the easy of use was unbeatable. This is the first product we've ever stood up without a single major issue popping up.
What do you dislike?
It's nice to have the user accessibilty for our clients but many prefer not to have another UI to access so they request an automated emailed report. Not a big deal but would be nice to have.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We launched an inbound call product from scratch in the matter of days using Ringba. Mathijs and his team could not have been more helpful and responsive with the entire process and have continued to be invaluable since we've been running the campaign. We've ramped the campaign much faster than we projected and barely hit a single bump in the road since launch which is unheard of for a new product.
