What do you like best?
Revel system is easy to use and has all the features needed to run and grow your business. The area that I have been most impressed with is their customer service. When I have a question or something that needs addressed, they are a phone call away and ready to help. My calls are answered quickly by a live person that is quickly able to understand my needs and then walk me through resolution steps. In my opinion, having this level of support is critical and Revel excels in this area.
What do you dislike?
There are some reports that I would like to be able to tweak a little bit, but it isn't a big concern. For example, there are product mix reports that I have to download and open in Excel that I would rather just be able to generate the full report on screen.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Revel is my main POS system and I have a kitchen display unit. In addition, Revel processes all my payments. Recently, I added a second order taker screen (hand held iPad) so that we could take twice as many orders when the lines get long (like they do at In and Out). Again, when I was setting this up, Revel customer service was incredibly helpful.
