Advanced user of Rent ManagerI really like the text feature - communication with tenants, owners, and vendors is paramount to streamlining the work. As I learn more about it, it truly is an amazing tool.
It is a bit clunky and crashes and I would like to be able to copy and paste text/phone numbers from the texting feature.
I definitely think Rent Manager is a vast program with a lot of functions I've yet to learn about. The more you learn and use it the better it becomes in helping streamline the work. The call-in help line is fantastic and has helped me figure out many different user errors. The functionality and the support are definitely reasons to consider this program.
Learning how to set up project manager is great - with several properties due for inspections and license renewals, project manager has really helped group all those properties together for easier 'at a glance' updates. Really like the template manager as well -
