What do you like best?
Their are so many things I love about this powerful and very affordable ATS, so I will list out a few.
I use Recruiterflow not just for my ats but for my marketing platform as well to reach out to clients.
Tag for client and candidates - literally in every section of software
I can upload a contact list to market and tag them by industry, region etc.
I use Recruiter flow for all my marketing emails to clients
I love I can track who has open the email
I send a 2nd follow up email with video
Easy to setup and use text messaging in mass
Customer Service - The best of any produce I use and I am demanding and hard to please
I really could go on and on, I have used literally hundreds of ATS's since 99, I went through 3 platforms when making a change before I found RecruiterFlow.
What do you dislike?
I have no dislikes with the platform, which is very rare.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use it as an ATS, can email and build a sequence and text message in mass fast. I use it to track my deals and market my company. I can post jobs in a client to my ATS and indeed. Tags are my best friend and it lets me ad tags to everything.
