The best thing about Recotap is we can reach the right prospects with our targeted Campaigns/Messages. The account and contact level intent feature available in the dashboard helps a lot in the lead nurturing process.
Another interesting factor about Recotap Team is their customer service and availability. They are easily reachable and always share their valuable insights/feedbacks to improve the ABM plan.
It is a great platform to start your ABM campaign with a budget in hand. With valuable insights, the sales team can reach out to prospects.
What do you dislike?
There was a minor technical issue in the dashboard on viewing an instant report. This was resolved quickly by the Recotap team.
I assume Recotap will eventually bring in more new features supporting the customized ABM plan with much more valuable insights in future.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest problem we could solve is reaching the correct account/contact with the right message through different mediums. We were able to create brand awareness followed by lead gen.
Recotap analytics report is another significant benefit to take a timely decision. Dashboard showcases top-performing accounts and contact.
