What do you like best?

We've been using Rackspace for several years - its hard to say what we like best. But I guess the best thing I can say is their willingness to try and be better. For the sake of PCI - they have been easy to refer to for our PCI assessments.

What do you dislike?

Overall quality of support, interface, and service seems to have declined.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ask as many questions as possible. When requesting to spin up new servers/vms - you have to indicate every specific detail - do not assume they will automatically setup the new device/vms similarly to what you already have setup (such as automatic backups/snapshots)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Rackspace hosts our PCI environment in such a way that many of the requirements are covered under Rackspace's AOC.
