What do you like best?
The team assigned to our account is highly attentive to detail, always quick to respond, and no ask ever seems to be too big, no matter how crazy. They have delivered high-quality work under extremely tight timelines, and they always go to bat for us with creators to get us discounted pricing. But most of all, I genuinely enjoy working with the people at QuickFrame -- they're fantastic, and they make working together easy.
What do you dislike?
The only downside to working with QuickFrame is not getting to connect with and speak with the creators putting in all of the amazing work on our projects, but I understand that's just a part of QuickFrame's business model.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
QuickFrame is helping us to create highly engaging marketing messages that allow us to educate and retain our customer base, as well as acquire new subscribers. Our partnership originally started as strictly animation work but has since evolved to include creative services and developing robust, live-action creatives. The benefits of utilizing QuickFrame instead of other creative agencies are quicker turnaround times, cost efficiencies, flexibility with edits, and a dedicated team that is always on top of things.
