What do you like best?

It is simple to use. It is difficult to make mistakes as the program keeps you abreast of issues that need to be resolved.

What do you dislike?

Some brokerages firm like Merrill don't participate in downloads but that is not the fault of Quicken

Please use their support line as very user friendly as I am not very computer savvy and they were great. All of their agents spoke fluent English and listened to my needs
