What do you like best?

I really like using PrizmDoc Viewer since it is a program that I really like to use, it is super flexible when working with it, since it offers you many formats to view our documents and that way we save a lot of space on the computer. I like working with this tool and its functions because they make your work easier, and you can use its version of HTML5 which is the one that allows us to access company documents regardless of the format.

What do you dislike?

PrizmDoc Viewer sometimes because it presents problems to save information in its cloud system, sometimes I am confident that my documents have been saved correctly but it turns out that not all were saved, They should solve this problem specifically when wanting to upload multiple records.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend the use of PrizmDoc Viewer, since it is a fairly simple but very complete software that is used to view documents and also offers multiple editing tools and has among its benefits a storage to free up space on the computer.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

PrizmDoc Viewer certainly has many benefits that I have been able to take advantage of in my workplace. It has a storage in the cloud that can be accessed from anywhere we are, in addition to that you can edit your files in a very simple way since the tool serves as an editor, that way it does not remain only as a viewer of records. Another thing that I can highlight about the tool is that it allows you to have control over the edition of the documents, in this way you can control who are the authorized persons for the edition. With the help of PrizmDoc Viewer we have been able to create and publish in my work, documents with much more professionalism that provide much more security when being delivered in meetings or to external agents.
