Engaging Employee Recognition Platform

What do you like best?

The site is very intuitive for employees and managers to use. Giving recognition through Ecards and Points is a great way to engage staff and recognize them for their hard work.

What do you dislike?

I find that the reporting function through the admin portal is a little difficult to understand.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A platform for recognizing staff that is consistent throughout the organization. It keeps leaders from going out and purchasing things on their own and having to submit expense reimbursement. This also takes care of tracking for tax purposes.
