Peakon gives our company a literal superpower

What do you like best?

Peakon is incredible user-friendly. It is effortless to complete surveys, and the interactions are pleasant. It is never a chore completing a survey, so we find we get high uptake. Because people can see their own results dashboard (to see their own responses and sentiment over time) and because Peakon has a great feedback loop where it is easy for managers to 'acknowledge' comments or even reply, responders believe their feedback is actually being looked at someone. I've never seen an engagement or pulse monitoring tool get as much take-up as Peakon.

From the leadership/admin perspective, the way Peakon isolates questions mapped to sub-drivers mapped to drivers mapped to outcomes makes it incredibly powerful to see what is driving what, and truly makes engagement measurement actionable. Again. something I haven't seen other tools come close to doing.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, I cannot think of anything I dislike about Peakon.
