Renewal/Upsell portal for client self service

What do you like best?

Prior we had a homegrown webform that had some very big limitations. It didn't integrate to our CRM or financial system , didn't have the ability to account for non standard pricing, didn;'t allow for the automatic creation of invoices, didn;t allow for upsell/addition of new products to the clients portfolio, didn;t allow for payments to be made by credit card and didn't allow for the client to view any invoices.

What do you dislike?

The implementation process was slow but I feel that was more due to our requirements and our ERP requirements then to the product itself.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

PeakCommerce automated many features our revenue ops team had to manually process prior. It also decreased the number of quotes our sales team had to manually process as our sales team could send clients to input their renewal numbers through the portal. This let them focus on key accounts and selling additional products and services .
