What do you like best?

Paygate is the perfect solution for payments from my clients. It is great because it comes with many features like scanning of bar codes for payment method, validations electronic signature, terminal POS and is available on different platforms for both PC and mobile. It has made my payment receiving and delivery very very easy and within a short period.

What do you dislike?

This platform could be even more beneficial if they remove the condition of having a merchant account to access full services of this software. Sometimes it is very irritating when the payments are not shown on the dashboard even though the amount is deducted from the account.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Improve my customer satisfaction due to its reliable point of sale. it is a platform that has quite in advance features of security risk and fraud management. it has proven to be quite efficient during processing a large number of transactions through credit cards in a single batch.
