What do you like best?

While Google analytics is extremely detailed, it lacks in user friendliness. For the uninitiated, it can nbe very hard to navigate and find information that is useful and relevant. For those involved in small business such as myself, I find it extremely helpful to have clear information that easy to find, read, and understand. Oribi does all this! It also offers very nice visuals (for picture lovers like myself) and is EXTREMELY user friendly.

What do you dislike?

The cost. Honestly, GA is free, whereas this will cost you on a monthly basis. For me, the cost wasn't worth the added benefit of useful web analytics. If you, however, are really in need of user behavior on your website, it is WELL worth the cost!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely look into it. GA is great, but you're limited to your knowledge of the interface. Oribi is simple, easy to install, and get using right away. Honestly, it's a gorgeous service and I couldn't recommend it more highly!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's really easy to see what people tend to do on your website. Also, it's good to see how long they stay on a page, what pages they visit, etc. This can help tailor your site to what your users need and want.
