Advanced user of Oracle Transportation IntelligenceThe Oracle Transportation Intelligence software brings functionality, and flexibility within the transportation planning for both the customer and carriers. Oracle Transportation Intelligence customer and carrier portals make things that much easier, by allowing for automated billing, we are able to reach closer to our goal of becoming a paperless company!
The mobile function of the software could use be more innovative, flexible, and a more current interface. The service and support could also be better, as it has been nothing more than that, due to the forced maintenance required during our operating hours. Which has proven to be a challenge. I really had anticipated an innovative system for the mobile functionality, but proved to be more of a task than quick and easy as mobile functionality is supposed to be.
A more intuitive, innovative mobile functionality.
We are creating a process that makes communication, tracking, freight details, invoices that much easier. This is a major aid in our push to lessen our paper waste. The benefits are that we are more organized, and have been able to be on the same page as our customers and carriers.
